You would start as a HELPER, working with some of the BEST Service Techs in the Country!

You'd learn our "LEN THE PLUMBER WAY" and grow in your Plumbing career. After a few months, top performing Helpers are selected to become part of LTP ACADEMY - A formal Plumbing Training Academy - then: Next step? Your own Service Truck!

As a Helper: This is a fast-track career opportunity to move into our Apprentice Program or Service Technician role for applicants who have a strong work ethic, are able to follow verbal directions, demonstrate strong problem solving and customer service skills, are very reliable, and have a desire to learn and apply new information in the field. If you do a great job as a Helper, you may selected to go into our next Apprentice Class!

Qualified applicants will possess a minimum of 1 year residential plumbing service work experience. Be Mechanical. Love Plumbing. Have GREAT Customer Service skills and communication abilities. Want to make PLUMBING their career... Is that YOU??!!??

Must have clean driving record and be able to successfully pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Should have Own Transportation.
