SPORTS MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION THERAPY INSTRUCTOR
Lenape Technical School has a vacancy for a Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Therapy Instructor to teach students in grades 10th – 12th beginning in the 2024-2025 school year.
Required Qualifications:
- Possess a current and valid license/certification from the PA Department of State in one or more of the following; Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Minimum of four years (8,000 hours) comprehensive wage-earning experience directly related to the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation
- Willingness and ability to complete all necessary steps toward obtaining permanent teacher’s certification through the PA Department of Education
- A desire to work with and motivate high school students
- Management and oversight of classroom materials, equipment, and facility
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
