Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with customers.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and referrals
- Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and proposing solutions
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and products is a plus
