Key Responsibilities:

· Greets, interacts, and prospects each customer to determine their individual needs and recommends the appropriate solution to meet that need.

· Keeps work area clean and organized store.

· Performs selling and rapport building with customers.

· Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with establish policies, procedures, and practices.

· Answers all incoming phone calls per company standards as well as make the appropriate outgoing phone calls with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

· Effectively communicates the pawn and buy process including all legal precedents as applicable.

· Communicates and works with all senior staff and managers, displaying respect and professional communication at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Must be18 years of age

· Strong customer service and retail background in a team-oriented setting

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Cash handling experience required

· High energy sales background with extensive knowledge of guns, jewelry, electronics, high fashion, and musical instruments.

· Works cleanly with a high level of organization.

· Computer literate with a strong POS background

· Ability to work independently

Team & Leadership: Work closely with and support others in a positive, team environment to enhance the customer experience.

Experience Required

In person customer service experience preferred. One year of experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: sales, retail, finance, or collections.

Physical Requirements

Standing for long periods of time; sitting occasionally; walking, including extended distances; bending; squatting; kneeling; pushing/pulling; reaching; twisting; frequent lifting of less than 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.; driving and having access during the workday to an insured and reliable transportation in order to complete tasks including, but not limited to, banking, marketing, and providing staffing coverage within the division; exposure to outdoors limited to elements that the ordinary person would be exposed to at that time; typing; data entry; grasping; transferring items between hands and/or to another person or receptacle; housekeeping/cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, bathroom, etc., including exposure to cleaning chemicals); use of office equipment to include computers; transfer of physical merchandise; able to be physically present Monday through Saturday from 8am – 7pm; ability to travel to, be physically present at, and complete the physical requirements of the position at any center within the division (distance varies by division).

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to insured, reliable transportation. Ability to travel within area for marketing, collections, staffing, special events, and banking responsibilities.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
