Global Center Site Support:
- Assist with all aspects of event management for the site, including idea generation, planning phases, facilitation of logistics, marketing, and procurement tasks. Event coverage includes senior management meetings, public events, and employee engagement activities such as open forums, planning sessions, training | awareness sessions, networking, philanthropic and social events
- Create presentations and produce reporting to support site governance, stakeholder management and other key activities
- Support the budgeting and expense management process, which covers facilitation of approval process, payment processing, budget planning and expense reporting
- Responsible for document management for all site documentation and key correspondence
- Assist with other tasks and special projects to support the other US Global Centers as needed
- Ownership of executive's calendar, schedule all meetings, (in-person/virtual) and conference calls, handle meeting conflicts and escalate issues; manage the bankers internal Client Relationship database profile
- Arrange all aspects of travel (domestic and international), arrange flights, hotels, rental car and car service, visa applications, manage travel profiles and obtain necessary approvals
- Prepare all itineraries, internal and external
- Excellent communication, writing, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail as well as exceptional organization/time management skills
- Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Pro-active and dedicated; must have a strong sense of ownership and accountability for all job functions
- Level of Education: High school diploma or GED required; College Degree Preferred
- Experience: 7 Years Relative Corporate Experience
- Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Applications (especially Outlook for email, calendar, and contacts), Excel, PowerPoint, internet. Virtual Video conferencing (Zoom, WebEx, Teams etc.)
