JOB TITLE: Business Systems Analyst
LOCATION: Richardson, TX
DUTIES:
- Design, customize and configure business applications by analyzing capacity, limitations, system security, and integration.
- Write technical specifications and requirements using C , and data visualization tools like Power BI and MS Excel.
- Define systems’ scope and objectives by researching business systems and industry requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering design team to translate Computer Aided Design objects for business applications.
- Analyze procedures and systems to refine formulation and convert to programmable formats.
- Gather information from user to analyze problematic areas.
- Plan and conduct preliminary studies of potential data processing applications.
- Work on supply chain modeling and algorithm’s designing.
- Develop system’s specifications for conversion to programming language by staff programmers.
- Manage projects using Agile methodology.
- Recommend conversion and system implementation plans including user training and orientation.
- Analyze business systems’ full development life cycle including writing functional requirements and developing test plans.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field and completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis in each of the following:
- writing technical specifications and requirements using C , Power BI, and MS Excel tools;
- working on Computer Aided Design, system security, and integration;
- conducting market research and financial business analytics;
- working on supply chain modeling and algorithm designing;
- managing projects using Agile methodology.
- Employer will accept 6 months of experience in lieu of completion of a university-level course, research project, internship, or thesis in each of the following:
- writing technical specifications and requirements using C , Power BI, and MS Excel tools;
- working on Computer Aided Design, system security, and integration;
- conducting market research and financial business analytics;
- working on supply chain modeling and algorithm designing;
- managing projects using Agile methodology.
