Job Description

EMPLOYER:   Lennox International Inc.

JOB TITLE:    Data Governance Analyst Lead

LOCATION:   Richardson, TX and hybrid role, may work from home

DUTIES:

• Identify data quality issues in the data domain by performing root cause analysis.
• Conduct business process analysis and improvement using Six Sigma.
• Work on data accuracy for Vendor Master data in the domain using Apex, EBX and SAP ensuring data integrity.
• Perform root cause analysis including documentation and remediation management.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, Data Stewards and MDM teams to update data-based processes.
• Execute data governance processes and procedures.
• Work on process flow mapping, flow chart, and vision.
• Maintain and publish data definitions.
• Analyze data using Apex Analytix or SAP.
• Ensure accuracy of processes and data.
• Resolve production related errors.
• Review and monitor the results of systems, applications and tools.
• Work on SOX procedures and requirements.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Governance Analyst, Master Data Management Leader, or in a related/similar position.
• Experience therein to include 2 years working on process flow mapping, flow chart, and vision.
• 2 years of experience analyzing data using Apex Analytix or SAP.
• 2 years of experience performing root cause analysis including documentation and remediation management.
• 2 years of experience conducting business process analysis and improvement using Six Sigma.
• Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept an additional 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Governance Analyst, Master Data Management Leader, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include an additional 2 years of experience in the skillsets stated above. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
