Successful candidates will be responsible for completing assigned tasks in timely manner, ensuring goals for safety, quality and delivery are achieved on a daily basis. Assigned tasks may vary based on business needs.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year of continuous manufacturing experience
- Ability to understand specifications and instructions
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow quality standards to ensure product meets quality specifications
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to analyze and trouble shoot problems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Preferred qualifications:
For Assembly:
At least 1 year of assembly experience
Ability to perform routine tasks and work with basic hand and power tools
For Machine Operator positions:
Any Machine operation experience with control and interface
Ability to read and comprehend engineered part drawings
Basic Math skills including knowledge of fractions and decimals
Experience working with various hand and power tools
Experience working with measuring tools such as calipers, protractors and tape measure
For Material Handler positions:
At least 1 year of continuous experience successfully operating forklift(s) in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements:
- Able to remain in stationary position for extended periods of time
- Able to stand up 100% of the work day
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 40 lbs
- Able to work flexible hours and over-time when required
