Job Description
Under close supervision, provides support in functional areas of a human resources department.Maintains records for various HR policies. Handles all HR-related inquiries and checks references. May compile statistics for management's use. May handle paper flow for periodic reviews. May be responsible for basic employee file maintenance.
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
