WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Inside Sales Representative is an individual contributor accountable for achieving their individual revenue goal based on their assigned account list. This role is also responsible for the execution of the inside sales team strategies communicated by Inside Sales leader. This role will report to the Inside Sales leader and will collaborate with the Lead Gen, CTMs and Account Advocates.

Professional Experience:
Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
Education:
Bachelors degree (Business or Sales/Marketing) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical Skills:
Has basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience with CRM tools
Experience with call automation tools
(Salesloft, Outreach, Groove, etc)
Experience with tools leveraged by Lennox team a plus
(C4C, Qlik, SAP, FPX, HubSpot, etc)
Some knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems
Knows some principles and processes for providing customer service
Communication:
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Advanced presentation skills
Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.

In Addition, You Will Receive a
This position offers a commission-based incentive plan with a compensation range of $72,000-90,000 which will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $58,000 USD/year in bonuses, plus uncapped payouts for “over-target” commissions.
