Position Description
Motorola Mobility is looking for a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist, who will be responsible for the creation and management of paid search. He/She has the responsibility to complete assigned tasks and achieve the KPI’s set for paid search. Other responsibilities include generating the keyword strategy and bids for shopping and text ads and owning the end to end search strategy, from the brief to reporting and optimizations.
Responsibilities
- Research of competitive paid search landscape
- Demonstrated ability to generate keyword targets including expansion and improved organization of current paid search campaigns
- Ideation and generation of paid search ad copy
- Implementation of paid search ad copy testing
- Weekly and monthly SEM reporting to demonstrate results and track performance over time
- Analysis of paid search trends through Google Analytics, search platform reports and third-party tools
- Ensure the health of the campaigns, spending budgets in full, while exceeding business KPIs
- Work closely with media teams to provide insights and recommendations that align with, or enhance, business strategy
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 years of experience managing search strategies (preferred in Google platforms for both search & shopping)
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a quantitative field
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in other media platforms (e.g. social and programmatic)
- Experience working in SA360 or other bid management platforms
- Experience working in Amazon Ads
