*LENSAR currently has one Product Manager position available. This position is posted in Orlando, Dallas/Ft Worth, and Los Angeles as the opportunity is open to various cities in the U.S. If the candidate is not based in Orlando, travel requirements would be increased for the role.*
POSITION SUMMARY
The Product Manager is responsible for executing traditional strategic and tactical plans for LENSAR’s HCP channels. This position works closely with cross-functional teams within the company as well as external partners/vendors to support new product launches and represent the voice of the customer. Specifically, the Product Manager is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that will result in device sales for LENSAR. The Product Manager is also responsible for overseeing all meeting planning including execution of contracts and directing asset needs and material management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate and support new product launch team.
- Establish and forge relationships with industry KOLs to understand and represent the voice of the customer and guide future product development.
- Oversee all regional and national trade meetings to increase awareness for LENSAR, including budget management, contracting, asset delivery, and booth (virtual and live) set up.
- Based on strategic and creative direction, manage the marketing agency and freelancers to ensure timelines and budgets are maintained, including writing and executing approved creative briefs.
- Oversee trade publication timelines and calendars.
- Report on all relevant trade articles, presentations, webinars, video, etc. for LENSAR and the competition.
- Provide support to the salesforce to help drive device sales.
- Manage the assigned marketing expense budget.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / EDUCATION

Required Items:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work closely with customers and senior level management.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to travel throughout the U.S. is required at a minimum of 30% and outside the U.S. up to 10%.
Preferred Items:
- 3 - 5 years of medical device experience (sales or marketing) with at least 1 year of product management experience.

Most duties are conducted in an office setting. However, site visits may require attendance in operation rooms where sterile procedures must not be compromised.
