What are the responsibilities and job description for the Box Office Supervisor position at Lensic Performing Arts Center?
Duties include selling tickets in person and by phone while using a computer, supervising and training new employees, managing the box office during performances, processing memberships, handing out will call, problem solving, and general office tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Advanced computer skills (especially Microsoft Office)
Punctual, professional, organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good memory
Willing and able to learn quickly
Strong attention to detail
Follow procedures properly and calmly in fast-paced environment
A plus if you:
Speak Spanish
Have Tessitura experience
Have retail/sales/service experience
Have management experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
