Responsibilities
Adult patients should receive primary medical attention.
Create a care plan based on an evaluation of the patient's physical, emotional, and social requirements, working with the patient and, if necessary, the patient's family.
Send patients to specialists, other professionals, and institutions as necessary.
Review patient records to make sure that the right treatment plans are created and implemented.
Qualifications Doctor of Medicine Completion of Internal Medicine Residency Training Connecticut Medical License
