Job Overview:
Utility Construction office in Aldie, Virginia has an Office Administration / HR Support position available.
The Office Administrator coordinates administrative services such as general billing activities, data entry, purchase order administration, HR duties, records control, Miss Utility ticket management, job folder organization, and other administrative activities. Candidate will also answer phones and greet in person visitors of the office. This position is based in Aldie, VA but may require reporting to one of our other office locations as needed.
This position requires strong data entry skills and the ability to verify that data has been accurately entered. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information is a must.
Hours: Full time position- Monday-Friday
Pay: Starting at $23/hr – (pay dependent upon experience)
