Leo Landscape is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our strong team. We are located at 12505 County Road 2 Brighton CO 80603
Qualifications
•We are looking for a detailed oriented person who can multitask to fit the company's needs
•Advanced QuickBooks user Desktop version.
•Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills
•Extremely detailed and accurate work
•Minimum of 7 years’ bookkeeping experience - 3 years at the full-charge level
•Flexible and quick learner of systems, software and technology
•Understanding of accounting principles and tools
•Ability to multi-task yet stay focused and grounded while meeting deadlines
•Excellent communicator
•Proactive in asking questions and learning the craft
•High school or equivalent (Required)
•Full Charge Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)
•Bookkeeping: 7 years (Required)
Responsibilities
•General Bookeeping duties include but are not limited to:
• Providing full charge bookkeeping
• Recording the details of all business transactions including sales, accounts receivable, bills, payroll, deposits and payments.
• Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, lines of credit and notes payable.
• Assisting in the month end closing process.
• Recording accurate, timely documentation of your work in project management software.
• Light support in accounts receivable collection.
•Filing and scanning
•Create reports for management and CPA
