The Teacher on Assignment will work with students, teachers, staff, and parents in support of student services on campus, providing and coordinating instructionalsupport as well as identifying, in collaboration with stakeholders, needs and support for students
You will collaborate with related service providers and general education staff in the implementation of accommodations and modifications as needed
You will provide input drafting and maintaining IEPs and Prior Written Notices
You will collaborate with the coordinator in planning and facilitating meetings to support the implementation of effective practices for students
Coordination of students schedules to meet state requirements
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
Mild-Moderate Disabilities, K-12, Teaching - OR - Certification in one of the following areas is required (Certification in the following areas must be approved by the Director of Exceptional Student Services to ensure that the teacher has the appropriate skill set for the assigned teaching position)
Possession of - or ability to attain - a valid IVP Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
