Leonard Law Group, a successful Injury firm, is expanding to Indiana and looking for a Personal Injury Attorney to their team. The position will be temporarily remote and then move to a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will be prepared to handle their own case load from start to finish. Applicant must be capable of handling cases from the Pre-litigation stage to Litigation if need be. Candidate will have access to the best case management and trail software available as well as a competent experienced support staff.
Qualifications:
· JD from an accredited law school
· Admitted to practice in the State of Indiana
· Experience with Personal Injury claims
· Superior written and oral communication skills
· Excellent people skills
· Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities & Requirements:
· Independently manage your own caseload.
· Represent clients in a wide range of litigation claims.
· Regularly handle court appearances, conduct depositions and trials.
· Assisting with civil litigation matters from pre-complaint to trial.
· Should be comfortable working with a variety of computer software programs with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
· Negotiate with Insurance Adjusters and Opposing Council to obtain maximum case values for our clients.
· Maintain regular and comprehensive communication with our clients.
