RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
LSF metal stud finishers are responsible for interior/exterior framing, drywall hanging and finishing, ceiling grid installation, siding, commercial carpentry finish work, etc.
We re looking for hard workers and team players who have strong attention to detail. Hourly rate based on experience.
Work will be available in various areas of Central Pennsylvania (Blair, Centre, Jefferson, Clearfield, and Huntingdon counties) and Northern Maryland. Professional metal stud finisher with two years of experience (preferred).
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional concrete finisher with one year of experience (preferred)
- Required experience in placement and finishing of large commercial concrete slabs
- Knowledge and ability of general carpentry tasks
- Experience with installation of ACT, finish carpentry, siding, etc.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic construction math required
- Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders and stairs
- Good communication skills
- Wear proper protective equipment at all times
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
- Ability to read blueprints is a bonus
- Hand tools
- Clean drug tests
