Job Description :
This is an advanced social marketing position that requires social media marketing management, Content Creating and Advertising (Photo and Video), Influencer Management, Email Marketing, Tiktok, Instagram / Facebook, YouTube, etc.
This position is responsible for achieving company branding goals by bringing sufficient qualified social media traffic from followers and engagement increase through social marketing campaigns on Tiktok, Instagram / Facebook, Youtube and other mainstream social media.
Responsibilities :
Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
Encourage greater social media participation
Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
Run tests to understand how campaigns can be improved and to build best practices
Contribute to regular reporting to measure community initiatives' success and inform future strategies
Qualifications :
Proficiency in managing social media channels, with a focus on TikTok
Proven experience in video and photo content creation, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
Strong understanding of digital media techniques, including video editing, graphic design, and photo editing
A deep passion for content and a thorough understanding of trends, and creator fan bases
Demonstrable success and proven track record in improving followers and engagement on Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Creative and good communication skill
An eye for good design and can create ad concepts quickly leveraging basic design thinking (note : graphics and video design experience is not required but is considered a plus)
