 Title:  Part Time IT Associate        

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various departments. You will be working closely with our team to support initiatives that may include: clerical, analytical or functional duties as required. Working under close supervision, you will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of this job.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the assigned department to support overall department goals and objectives.
• Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from assigned department.
• Recycling Program – workstations, cell phones, and misc.
• Imaging processing
• Helpdesk tasks and tier 1 support help
• Marketing website and miscellaneous tasks related
• Attend meetings as directed.
• Perform a variety of administrative and functional assignments as directed.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

• Some IT related courses/training
• 6 months of progressively responsible work experience.
• Possess exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong IT aptitude and intellect.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with various departments/levels of company.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
