Title: Part Time IT Associate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic individual who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various departments. You will be working closely with our team to support initiatives that may include: clerical, analytical or functional duties as required. Working under close supervision, you will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of this job.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Works closely with the assigned department to support overall department goals and objectives.
- Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from assigned department.
- Recycling Program – workstations, cell phones, and misc.
- Imaging processing
- Helpdesk tasks and tier 1 support help
- Marketing website and miscellaneous tasks related
- Attend meetings as directed.
- Perform a variety of administrative and functional assignments as directed.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
- Some IT related courses/training
- 6 months of progressively responsible work experience.
- Possess exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong IT aptitude and intellect.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with various departments/levels of company.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
