Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Product Developer / Production Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing our product development process from concept to production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with our brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project and Production Tracking: Oversee all aspects of product development, including monitoring project timelines, production numbers, and ensuring alignment with set goals.

· Financial and Order Management: Manage and track sample pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and purchase orders. Ensure thorough cross-checking of all information before forwarding to factories.

· Sample and Materials Coordination: Organize and maintain project files, ensuring they are up-to-date. Prepare and send packages, swatches, and materials to factories, and track the receipt and approval of samples.

· Vendor and Supplier Communication: Act as the main point of contact for factories, shipping and tariff representatives, suppliers, and vendors. Inform stakeholders of product changes, including trims and colorways, and maintain strong relationships to ensure favorable pricing and quality standards.

· Logistical Support: Assist with the logistical aspects of photoshoots and catalog planning. Facilitate sourcing and communication with factories to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of products.

· Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of suppliers and factories, addressing any issues promptly to maintain product quality and adherence to timelines.

· Product Lifecycle Coordination: Manage the product lifecycle, including setting and tracking delivery and receiving dates, updating line sheets, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in product development and production management within the fashion industry, preferably in women's apparel.

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in product development within the fashion industry, specifically in women's apparel.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and the fashion production process.

· Experience in sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors and suppliers.

· Ability to work collaboratively with designers, technical teams, and external partners to bring products to life.

· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and design.

· Proficient in relevant software for project management and design.
