We are looking for licensed electricians to handle numerous upcoming projects including renovations, turns and maintenance.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems. You must be able to diagnose and repair electrical wiring problems in a variety of homes and buildings, such as outlets, lighting, servers, and electronic equipment connections.

We require
- Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M per occurrence/ $2M aggregate, worker's comp if you have W2 employees)
- Experience working with single- family home investment properties
- Trade license if applicable
- Background check (ONLY applies to ongoing maintenance work, does not apply to renovations, or turns work)
