Operations Specialist
The Operations Specialist role is responsible for executing upon the company’s operational strategy for the company’s online and brick-and-mortar retail partners. The Operations Specialist will work directly with the manufacturing, marketing, creative, and sales teams to achieve the Company’s retail management goals. The position reports to the Director of Operations. The Operations Specialist is a full-time position based in Waco, Texas. While this role is primarily remote, there will be times when it’s necessary to go to the Waco facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project manage sales operational aspects of assigned retail accounts
- Maintain a thorough understanding of each assigned retail partners’ routing guide, including all shipping, labeling, packaging, and other requirements
- Participate in education/training on retailer-related software for order processing, purchase orders (acceptance, cancellation, and editing), and other forms of operations-related communications
- Onboard new retail customers, including filling-out onboarding documentation
- Act as the conduit between the Operations team and all other LGI departments (Finance, Sales, Product Development, Marketing, and Manufacturing) to insure the timely delivery of the product that has been sold to the retail accounts you manage
- Monitor weekly inventory reports for items offered to our dot com partners. Work directly with production & shipping teams to ensure timely shipments and communications back to the customer
- Create customer profiles, enter purchase orders in the company’s ERP system, and coordinate manufacturing and shipping schedules with the factory, carriers and customers
- Help to create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for assigned accounts in coordination with manufacturing and shipping team members
- Ongoing customer account maintenance such as correcting order entry errors, updating and managing price catalogs, correcting pricing discrepancies
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Familiarity with Asana project management software is a plus, but not required
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
