LET's MoVET Mobile Veterinary Care is looking for a Pet Care & Client Coordinator (Receptionist) / Veterinary Technician !

We are looking for a veterinary medicine experienced individual who can help us with both reception work (scheduling, going over medications/diagnostics with clients and logistics) and basic veterinary tech jobs (blood draws, medication administration and restraint of dogs and cats) in a house call setting with a partner technician and/or the veterinarian. This means having the confidence to execute procedures with the owner's nearby presence and having excellent communication and customer service skills.

You are also expected to drive EV and hybrid work cars to appointments. Clean driving history and background check are expected.

More competitive pay will be offered based on experience and skills.

Main requirements:

- outstanding communication skills (conversation, text and emails) as the candidate has to arrange logistics with the teams out on the road and talk to clients on the phone

- understands and can explain basic vaccines and diagnostics done at a veterinary clinic

- understands and can explain different products and medications sold at a veterinary clinic

- team player and has a proactive attitude

- genuinely cares about client's needs, patient care and team's over all camaraderie

- an honest pet advocate who is interested in trying the world of mobile veterinary medicine

===Responsibilities===

- pick up phone calls, answer texts, and emails

- execute tasks from veterinarian team members, and communicate with clients, laboratory and pharmacies

- days out in the field doing tech work (if equipped with necessary skills - this may include sample collection, wound dressing, injectable medication administration, vaccination, discuss prescriptions)

- driving EV/hybrid cars to homes with a partner

- carry 10-20lbs rolling and hand carry bags

- Potential transition to full time in time if candidate will work well with the job and team.

AVAILABLE PART TIME SCHEDULE: 10hr shifts on weekdays. We will try our best to accommodate schedule preferences.
