Retail Shipping and Mailing Services Associate

We are seeking a providing world class customer service. This role helps customers confidently ship packages and take care of all their small business needs under one roof.
Shipping and mailing, packing, printing and all other service required for the retail shipping and mailing Store, we are seeking a detail-oriented retail shipping associate to join our team., we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:
6 months of specialized retail shipping experience .
Friendly, helpful, multi- tasker, able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend/twist at the waist and knees.
Problem solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction.
Able to consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure.
Able to consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
Able to consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision.
Strong computer, internet and social media skills to include Microsoft office suite and internet explorer.
Prompt, reliable, and responsible.
Good communication and people skills.
High Energy Level.
Excellent attendance record at your previous job(s)
Have a current Texas Notary Public commission is a plus.
Work for or previously worked for a retail shipping store such as FedEx Kinko's, UPS Store, Office Depot, Staples.

Friendly, helpful, multi- tasker, able to lift up to 50 pounds, problem solving skills.
Knowledge of basic computer skills i.e Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Vision, PowerPoint, Access)

Responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
