What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Personnel position at Lev Realty?

This position is responsible for performing maintenance on our facilities including plumbing, small electric jobs, and HVAC repairs. We are looking for a person who can adapt to different situations quickly, make accurate decisions, and work well under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Tips

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
