Job Description
We are looking for a Partner Success Associate to join our growing team. You will build partnerships with high schools and develop new processes and systems for implementing our product in schools. We are looking for an individual with experience working with high school students, educators, administrators, and district leaders, with methods of navigating the complexities of working within the education system.
**Temp to Perm. This is a full-time employment opportunity with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite in NYC).**
Responsibilities
- Support the Partnerships Team with initial outreach, communication, and presentations to school and district stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for superintendents, principals, school counselors and other leaders at our partner high schools.
- Ensure all logistics and communication with each school partner is consistently seamless.
- Cultivate relationships with school and district stakeholders to develop and track annual goals aligning with school district mission, vision, and strategic plan.
- Leverage results and feedback to provide solutions, recommend future opportunities and continuous improvement across school partners.
- Identify school community needs and prioritize in developing customized content and resources.
- Manage the entire school relationship from onboarding through regular email, phone, and onsite touch points to generate strong partner satisfaction.
- Track and analyze partner data to monitor student and family participation.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute school communications.
- Build strong relationships with school counselors by becoming their go-to person for support and professional learning.
- Coordinate initiatives with school student ambassadors on marketing efforts, event plans, and initiative results.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the school and district.
- Support the Partner Success team in improving processes and systems for school partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in education or an education-related organization as a high school educator, high school counselor, or college access counselor.
- Ability to travel (up to 50% of the time) to schools for onboarding meetings, general touch points, and professional development support.
- Proven flexibility to learn and work with new technology and systems.
- An organized self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great attention to detail and time management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with school counselors and school leadership.
- Passion for improving outcomes for high school students through education.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree a plus.
Additional Information
Level All does not provide work authorization and/or visa sponsorship.
Compensation range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year. This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition for full-time regular employment. Ultimately, in determining the offer, we will consider location, skills, relevant experience, and other job related factors.
