Overview & Responsibilities
The Revenue Operations Manager is expected to be the subject matter expert of the full revenue operations' infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of FP&A and manager of a Sales Ops Specialist, this individual will own the data flow for all things Sales & Demand Gen /- parts of Customer Experience (CX).
This individual is expected to perform the daily Sales Operations duties commonly associated with a position of this caliber, while championing bigger picture initiatives around data integrity and go-to-market. This individual will work extensively with relevant stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and CX, as well as stakeholders affecting the data flow (including third party consultants as needed). This role will have exposure to other misc. ad-hoc analysis for Board meetings and strategic reviews, as well as the integration of acquired businesses and new products.
Data Visualization
The main responsibility of this role is to expand the data visualization capabilities for the full go-to-market motion. Leveraging pre-existing tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel based dashboarding, this individual is expected to drive data-based decision making across Sales, Marketing and Sr. Leadership.

- Report weekly and monthly on new and expansion bookings, pipeline analysis, trends, etc. leveraging and improving upon existing dashboarding
- Review bookings progress and analyze areas of improvement across products, regions, and other relevant cohorts alongside VP Sales, CRO, CFO and FP&A Director
- Refine outputs analyzing funnel leakage and partner with Customer Experience team to jointly report on and address customer churn
- Produce timely and accurate monthly commissions reports driving sales team compensation
- Partner with sales in the design, development, and implementation of sales quotas, targets, and incentive plans for sales staff
- Identify go-to-market process enhancements through data analysis
- Track and measure sales team progress toward pre-established goals using appropriate sales metrics
- Become the subject matter expert in existing CRM tools to streamline reporting, spearhead problem solving, and drive efficiencies cross functionally
- Refine previously established sales territory assignments for sales operations personnel
- Champion future CRM migration / optimizations
- Lead the sales ops integration with new products and acquired businesses
- Collaborate with marketing team for reporting across new promotions and campaigns
- Create alignment in data flow across billing and customer experience teams
- You're a SaaS Rev Ops veteran with 3-6 years of experience
- You are a pro in managing a CRM and have seen it work at scale
- You are adept at helping sales teams reach quotas / forecasts / budgets through your recommendations and analysis
- You are a hands-on team player and self-starter
- Holds people accountable and influences without authority
- Advanced in CRM systems such as Hubspot / Salesforce
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Leads by example, creating a sense of energy, ownership, and personal commitment
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Possesses deep analytical skills and is able to process information quickly and make decisions in a timely manner
- Strong sense of self and can relate well to works; learns quickly and can adapt to changes in timeframes, people and situations with ease; remains calm under pressure
