Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and Release Purchase Orders: Execute timely verification and release of purchase orders on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Data Entry Tasks: Complete essential data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support the purchasing process and maintain organized records.
- Vendor Pricing and Relationships: Manage vendor pricing structures and cultivate positive relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain a reliable supply chain.
- Process Variance Purchase Orders: Handle variance purchase orders promptly and effectively, addressing any discrepancies or changes to ensure project continuity and budget adherence.
- Change Order Processing: Facilitate the processing of change orders as required, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to implement necessary adjustments seamlessly.
Qualifications:
