Job Summary:
Levels is seeking experienced trimmers to join our team! In this position, you will trim cannabis by hand for our retail locations (both medical and recreational) so all candidates should have industry experience and familiarity with how trimmed products should look on shelves. As you trim, you will organize the flowers, shake, and sort trimmings into separate bins. This job requires manual dexterity, accuracy, the ability to sit/stand for long periods of time and someone who is safety conscious with great attention to detail.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Tightly trim cannabis by hand for medicinal or retail purposes
- Organize trimmed flowers into separate bins
- Keep track of the product you trim for end-of-shift weighing
- Clean work area and tools after shift
- Assist with plant harvesting as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Cannabis industry experience a plus
- Manual dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a background check.
