What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application Support Specialist (Entry-Level) position at LevelUp Squared?
The Application Support Specialist is an entry level technical support position responsible for assisting clients with issues within the company's propriety application. The position requires an ability to gain a strong working understanding of the application in order to provide call and email support to field and corporate users. This entry level position has training to learn the application and has a strong opportunity for promotion into other positions within the support delivery team. Lastly, this position is a hybrid role with 3 days remote and 2 days onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and resolving all field operational calls.
- Management and resolution of routine e-mail requests from corporate.
- Act as liaison with the development team for production support.
- Investigate and escalate application issues while identifying workarounds when applicable.
Requirements:
- Any kind of Help Desk, Phone Support, Call-center, or Customer Service/Administrative based experience that interacts with clients, or customers is the kind of background that is preferred for this role.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in any field, Information Technology degree's preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of accountability.
- Effective troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Financial or Mathematical business domain experience is a plus.
