Our Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations and tools designed to create magic internally. You proactively seek opportunities to solve problems and help us efficiently scale our rapidly growing team. You are detail-oriented, a self-starter and like solving problems and working with your hands. Like other members of our Operations team, this role requires you to wear many hats; we roll up our sleeves and do whatever it takes to help get the job done (and we love it that way!). Our Operations Coordinator will work cross functionally on a variety of projects contributing to internal office operations and serve as a go-to contact for many daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment for our team members and physical office location(s) and serve as the primary contact for equipment troubleshooting, replacement, and planning
- Create and maintain IT documentation for training, FAQs and troubleshooting needs
- Assist with administration of internal systems for communication and employee engagement by reviewing usage data, evaluating future team needs, and providing feedback to extended leadership
- Manage our shipping and receiving by coordinating with Raleigh Founded operations; including collaboration with our Marketing and Business Development teams for customers and trade show needs
- Keep our game rooms stocked by ordering refreshments, stocking snacks and other fuel for the team
- Help coordinate on-site logistics for employee engagement, community, recruiting and other events hosted by Lev
- Assist with onsite space planning and help move resources as needed
- Assist with other projects to help solve problems and take advantage of growth opportunities
Requirements
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Energetic and entrepreneurial personality with a strong internal drive to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work independently
- Available to work on-site (following COVID-19 protocols) in Raleigh, NC
- Physically able to lift at least 40 lbs.
