About the role
This position is responsible for supporting the Sales Operations Team for International Sales. Assisting sales in the development of business plans, go-to market strategies and improving sales efficiency to best reach our customers and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales to develop go-to market strategies
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams on marketing strategies
- Conduct market research on Leviton customer profiles to identify profitable customers and the Leviton sales activities with those customers
- Create business plans to help set attainable sales goals and plans to achieve them
- Manage and drive customer programs for sales and be the liaison between Business Unit customer programs and sales
- Run reports through salesforce.com to drive activity management, pipeline management, territory and account planning and enable sales management coaching
- Monitor the sales process to increase effectiveness and sales opportunities in the pipeline
- com business owner for the International sales team. Work with sales management to use the system to manage sellers.
- Work with Business Unit marketing teams to align marketing content to the sales process
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field, MBA preferred
Experience
- 5 to 7 years of related experience within business/sales/marketing or related field
- Experience in marketing, sales, sales training, or sales enablement
- Professional B2B Sales or Sales Support experience preferred
- Experience managing a small team
Skills
- Must have strong written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Must have strong organizational, planning, project management, and problem resolution skills with the proven ability to manage projects from inception through execution
- Must posses strong analytical and reporting skills
Travel
- 30 to 40%
