The Levy Group of Companies is seeking Maintenance Millwright for our Levy NYS Mill Services location in Blytheville, AR. This position performs all functions pertaining to the repair and maintenance of plant equipment, conveyors, crushers, and screens.
Pay: $26-$31/hr
Shift/Schedule: Must be open to day or night shift

Responsibilities
The Maintenance Millwright will:
- Operate mobile equipment to feed plant
- Perform pre and post operation inspections of plant and mobile equipment
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Replace drive belts, jaw dies, screen decks and maintain gear boxes and pulleys.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs are made on plant, secondary structures, related maintenance tools, and safety equipment
- Operates and inspects equipment to diagnose defects and malfunctions
- Identifies root cause of complex equipment malfunctions and recommends repair process
- Dismantles and reassembles plant equipment and components to gain access to areas of concern
- Examines parts for excessive wear and determines reusability
- Repairs, replaces, cleans and lubricates parts and components as necessary
- Diagnoses and repairs plant equipment and components
- Replaces malfunctioning subassemblies and components
- Welds, cuts and fabricates
- Completes maintenance check list and tests repaired equipment to ensure accurate completion of repair
- Makes recommendations for equipment to be repaired by outside sources
- Identifies parts needed and notifies Maintenance Supervisor
- Maintains records and reporting
- Provides general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe facility
- Meets customer service requirements
- Complies with all safety regulations and policies
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Maintenance certification or degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of processing plants, conveyors systems, feeders and other components
- Knowledge of electrical systems
- Knowledge of braking systems
- Mechanical skills
- Welding, cutting and fabricating skills
- Ability to manipulate hand and power tools
- Ability to operate equipment
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to understand manuals

The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to work at our Levy NYS Mill Services location in Blytheville, AR. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic performs all functions pertaining to the repair and maintenance of heavy-duty off-road construction equipment. This position allows for career progression into a Lead Man or Maintenance Manager.
Pay: $30-$36/hr
Shift/Schedule: 4 days on/4 days off; 12-hour shift rotating day/night every other week. Shift is 6-6 or 7-7

Responsibilities
The Heavy Equipment Mechanic will:
- Comply with all safety regulations, policies, and record-keeping
- Dismantle and reassemble trucks, machines, and equipment to gain access to the problem area
- Maintain work area to allow safe movement and access
- Visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions
- Read schematics
- Utilize diagnostic software to troubleshoot malfunctions
- Weld, cut, and fabricate equipment and components
- Meet customer service expectations
Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of off-road heavy equipment
- Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, braking systems, electrical systems, drivelines, steering mechanisms, and suspensions
- Tier IV Emissions experience
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb or crawl under or on top of equipment
- Ability to manipulate components in hard to reach places with hands or tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
