NOW HIRING Professional Sports Catering - Hourly Business Manager
As a Business Manager, you will work directly with the Director of Operations on-site and Regional Finance Manager to manage all operational financial services.
Your primary responsibilities will include the reporting of location daily financial results, management of accounts payable/receivable, and various on-site administrative/HR duties.
Business Operations:
Process all vendor invoices and maintain accurate vendor statements
Work with D.O. to maintain accounts receivable, collecting both game day and outstanding suite/catering payments
Work with D.O. to maintain HR paperwork, personnel files, and manage various payroll administrative duties for hourly employees
Assist with game day cash controls, deposit verification and recording
Work with D.O. to maintain financial forecast, budget and reporting documents
Participate in monthly end reporting, checks and balances
Ensure compliance with financial standard operating procedures
Financial Reporting:
Record daily financial results including sales, labor and direct/indirect expenses.
Work with multiple departments to collect reports from database and POS software to assist with accuracy of these records
Distribute event based partner sales reports
Support Director and Regional Finance Manager with forecasting
