JOB DESCRIPTION: Warehouse Team Member

Mission:

To support all initiatives related to purchasing, receiving, storing and controlling of food, beverage, supplies and services for Lower.com Field and Historic Crew Stadium. We will ensure the best products and services are in the right places, at the right time, and that these “places” are ready for guests, all the while doing so nicely, passionately and compliant with current purchasing standards.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

· Follows steps of service

· Ensures all products are stored properly in the locations directed

· Receiving F&B products from several vendors, utilizing large equipment for the

process (fork lifts, power-jacks, utility carts, etc.)

· Delivers product requested during an event

· Changing kegs as needed during an event

· Knowledgeable on concession stand menus and aware of what products should be in

each stand

· Establishes rapport with guests/peers/vendors

· Understands and exceeds the needs of our internal guests

· Acts with a sense of urgency

Controls

· Maintains service areas

· Employs good safety and sanitation practices

· Labeling/dating all product being received

· Checking off/Signing delivery sheets to stand locations

· Maintains proper cleanliness/organization in warehouse spaces as defined on

daily/weekly cleaning checklists

· Adheres to company guidelines and house rules

· Follows responsible alcohol service policies

Team

· Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers

· Shows/maintains a supportive attitude toward all other departments

· Helps fellow team members whenever possible

· Always on time and ready to go

· Team player with a positive, friendly attitude and professional disposition

Job Requirements:

· Prefer 1 year service or hospitality experience

· Exceptional attention to detail, an outgoing personality

· Ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to

providing an exceptional experience for each and every guest

· Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds

· Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests, and teammates by speaking

and comprehending English

· Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time

· Hazards may include, but are not limited to slips, trips, falls, and burns

· Ability to problem solve and make decisions with little guidance

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
