LEW Corporation is seeking an Environmental Field Tech to perform Lead-Based Paint Inspections
Responsibilities include:
Conduct lead-based paint inspections
Interact with management and teammates
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience in environmental or construction field a plus
General understanding of building construction a plus
Familiarity with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)
Must have very good field note taking skills and legible hand writing, as well as good verbal communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to work on teams as well as independently with minimal direct supervision
Must be Responsible and Reliable to show up for your scheduled project on time
All that said, you must be the type of person that thrives in this fast-paced environment and keeps all of our projects running on schedule.
Must be highly organized and process-oriented self-starter with great attention to detail, who takes initiative to solve problems independently
Ability to learn quickly
Additional Information:
Must be willing to travel to NYC/5 Boroughs, PA, and NJ
Must be able to pass medical exam and medically cleared to wear negative pressure respirator
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs of equipment
Work hours may include nights and weekends, or extended shifts beyond 8 hours
LEW Corporation requires all employees successfully pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
This position requires a current valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
