Qualifications
We are seeking a third or fourth year (2010 or 2011 JD) corporate associate for a Seattle law office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate matters, including 1934 Act reporting, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and emerging company work. Three to four years of corporate experience, strong academic performance (top third of class), and excellent writing skills are required.
