The Charleston office is seeking a paralegal with litigation experience. The primary duties of this position include working for a minimum of (4) attorneys, calendaring, document management including but not limited to review, creation, and organization. In addition, compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation are essential functions of this role.
Responsibilities
Job Specifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate. A certificate may be required based on region, state, or client requirements.
- At least 3-5 years of litigation work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Strong organizational, written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours.
- This position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours.
