What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Coordinator position at Lewis Tree Service, Inc.?
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator partners with Operations and their Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure successful and compliant onboarding to Lewis Tree Service.
- Responsible for prequalification of applicants for hire to include rehire approvals and pre-employment screenings.
- Responsible for all new hire, rehire, and post-hire entry data input and administrative process.
- Responsible for administration of onboarding process for new employees.
- Ensures compliance with state, federal, and utility requirements/regulations, including but not limited to; eligibility to work in the United States documentation and specific utility reporting.
- Document distribution of information to other departments (new hire documents).
- Maintains accurate employment-related data in electronic and/or written form.
- Responsible for administering, processing, and monitoring background checking and related processing.
- Utilizes human resource information system tools for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Communicates effectively in a multi-cultural, diverse environment.
- Completes a high volume of human resource-related transactions daily.
- Assist TA Specialists in updating recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Field support calls from hiring managers for recruiting and onboarding.
You'll need:
- High School diploma or Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- One to three years experience in an HR department, Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
- Proficient with standard office equipment i.e. computer, phones, scanner, fax and copier.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
