Customer Service Representative

About the Job:

Rent equipment and provide customer service to equipment rental customers at our place of business. Help customers create solutions for their equipment needs.

Qualifications:

Three to five years of sales or other customer service experience preferred. Ability to communicate clearly on the phone or by email with attention to detail. Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft office preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. Knowledge of construction and/or agricultural equipment beneficial. Must pass pre-employment screening.

Wages $16 - $19 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time. Bonus opportunity in addition to wages per hour.

Hours: Monday – Friday with an occasional Saturday. Front-end crew has a Saturday rotation schedule.
