Data Analyst Position Summary
The Data Analyst will manage software solutions, ensure data synchronization, and extract valuable insights to support our business goals.
Data Analyst Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee various software solutions, including module setup, user management, and troubleshooting for optimal functionality.
- Regularly synchronize solutions with the ERP system to create, terminate, and update user accounts based on weekly data files.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different systems.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports utilizing BI reporting tools to present data findings to stakeholders.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Work closely with other departments to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide training and support to employees on using the software and understanding data reports.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and system efficiencies.
- Implement best practices for data governance and quality control.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and software administration.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet dynamic organizational needs.
- The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required.
Data Analyst Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in BI reporting tools, Excel, and data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across various teams or independently.
