Lexicon Pharmaceuticals is currently searching for a highly motivated, results focused Cardiovascular Sales Leader (CSL) for our Northeast Region. The CSL will coach, council, inspire and motivate our Cardiovascular Sales Specialist to effectively engaging hospital accounts, IDNs, Heart Failure Clinics, and office-based HCPs. We expect you to meet or exceed your regions sales goals to support our Cardiovascular Product launch. We also expect you to execute our brand strategy while demonstrating our corporate values of Integrity, Innovation, Respect, Transparency, and Ownership.
Our Cardiovascular Sales Leader is field based and will reside in their assigned region.
Job Summary:
This position will act as an integral member of our Commercial Sales Leadership team by delivering our Cardiovascular product launch sales results through developing and executing strategic business plans.
