Job Description

We are looking for a Building Maintenance Superintendent to handle basic repairs and maintenance to our Automotive Dealerships on Atlantic Blvd.

Work Vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

  • Dealerships building repair and maintenance.
  • Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eager to improve
  • Previous building maintenance experience preferred
  • Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

WORK ENVIRONMENT - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
