Lexus of North Miami is looking to add a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to their team!
As a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the dealerships social media strategies in order to increase online and in-store presence, as well as improve the marketing and sales efforts.
Essential Duties:
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define most important social media KPIs
Collaborate with the teams to promote the dealership
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media post
Keep up with the latest social media practices and technologies
Capture photos and videos; provide edits as needed
Respond to social media inboxes
Respond and engage with customers on social media posts, comments and questions.
Provide constructive feedback
Follow up with any negative feedback resulting from reviews, in-store customers, phone complaints, etc.

Required Education, Experience & Abilities:
High School Diploma or general education; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions,. short correspondences, and memos.
Ability to effectively present information.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
Communicates effectively by phone, in person and in writing.
Organizes work effectively, prioritizes objectives, and exercises independent judgement.
Must be friendly and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and deal with a fast evolving environment.
Fast learner due to constant technology evolution.
Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator.
Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
Excellent communication skills.
Multitasking and analytical skills.
BS degree in Marketing, New media or relevant field preferred.
