Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Lexus of North Miami is looking to add a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to their team!

As a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the dealerships social media strategies in order to increase online and in-store presence, as well as improve the marketing and sales efforts.

Essential Duties:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Collaborate with the teams to promote the dealership
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media post
• Keep up with the latest social media practices and technologies
• Capture photos and videos; provide edits as needed
• Respond to social media inboxes
• Respond and engage with customers on social media posts, comments and questions.
• Provide constructive feedback
• Follow up with any negative feedback resulting from reviews, in-store customers, phone complaints, etc.

Required Education, Experience & Abilities:

• High School Diploma or general education; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions,. short correspondences, and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Communicates effectively by phone, in person and in writing.
• Organizes work effectively, prioritizes objectives, and exercises independent judgement.
• Must be friendly and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and deal with a fast evolving environment.
• Fast learner due to constant technology evolution.
• Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator.
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
• Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multitasking and analytical skills.
• BS degree in Marketing, New media or relevant field preferred.
