We are currently seeking Production Operators (Press) to join our new and dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the Production Team!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading employees
- Monitor product for any quality issues
- Achieve established daily performance target
- Perform basic troubleshooting
- Get the proper material to the required machine in a safe and efficient manner
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience
- 2 years Previous Manufacturing Lead experience
- Understanding of manufacturing including machine capabilities and efficiencies, etc.
- Some occasional international travel may be required
