Position Summary:We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ as part of the Home Appliance Business Analytics/GTM Strategy Team!Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Conduct thorough data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.
- Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights to drive growth and profitability.
- Develop data-driven solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and key objectives.
- Collaborate with IT team to help optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide support or training as needed to end-users on data visualization tools and analytics platforms.
- Keep up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven work experience in business intelligence, data analysis, business strategy, finance/banking, consulting, or related role.
- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliance, or related industry a plus.
- High proficiency in data visualization/analytics tools (ex. Tableau, Salesforce, Google Cloud, BigQuery) and SQL.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (ex. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
