Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the Finance unit function.
- Manage the internal control systems and identify any risks within the business.
- Support for the implementation of changes and improvements to the existing financial systems.
- Preparation of cashflow management: Gross Margin and EBITDA generation, capex, working capital.
- Preparation of Annual Budgets, Reforecasting and rolling Forecast compilation.
- Balance sheet management: Assets, liabilities, and risk.
- Management of delivery of business unit level financial information - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually.
- Business partnering to senior management team.
- Perform regular electronic and physical payment runs.
- Assist with engagements with external partners for various projects including financial audit.
- Ongoing development of financial reporting analysis and key metrics to ensure drivers of business performance are monitored and understood to support decision making.
Qualifications
- Working Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- Experience working in a management team and influencing non-financial managers
- Intelligent, strong analytical skills
- Commercially aware
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting is preferred
Preferred:
- CPA or CMA
- 7 years of relevant experience either in public accounting or private industry
