Position Description
As a Partner Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for onboarding, auditing, and managing the pipelines for our subcontractors. At LGCY Power, we are expanding our operations to include all sustainable construction practices for our residential solar customer base nationwide. You will be working strategically with our Partner Relations Manager to ensure our customers are getting the best experience possible by managing onboarding requirements, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage partner relations with select subcontractors and install partners
- Ensure partners will meet LGCY’s high quality & safety standards
- Track new contractors and maintain current relationships within company database
- Manage certain financial portions for contractors. i.e. bids, invoices and payments
- Closeout projects by reviewing photos and other criteria
- Complete quality check (QC) audits for work completed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- Possess a competitive desire to improve processes and workflows
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels
- The ability to proactively follow up with contractors, sales representatives, and other stakeholders
- A sense of urgency and accountability is a must
- Firm grasp of the various steps in operations and / or construction
- Ability to be part of a cross-functional team
- Experience working in a fast-paced, timeline driven environment
Preferred Skills and Abilities
- Previous experience in the solar industry
- Basic knowledge of construction management
- Detailed oriented while being able to maintain many projects, with a high level of organization
- Previous experience using CRM’s and other platforms
Working Conditions
- Considerable time is spent at a desk using a computer
- This will be a hybrid role. Generally a week will be 3 days at LGCY HQ and 2 days work from home
